Fence Installer/Laborer

As a Fence Installer/Laborer, you will work as part of a crew to install a variety of fencing types, including wood, chain link, vinyl, & aluminum. This is a hands-on position that requires physical labor, attention to detail, and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in measuring, cutting, and assembling fence materials
• Dig post holes and set posts according to project specifications
• Load, unload, and organize materials and tools
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients
• Support crew leader with all aspects of fence installation
