Sales Management Trainee

Duties 
Assist in managing daily operations and ensuring efficient workflow.
Engage in outside sales activities to promote our products and services.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Participate in inventory management and control processes to maintain stock levels.
Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently using Microsoft Excel and Word.
Support marketing initiatives through public speaking engagements and promotional events.
Collaborate with team members on retail sales strategies to achieve targets.
Develop organizational skills by managing administrative tasks at the front desk.
Utilize negotiation skills to foster positive relationships with clients and vendors.
Gain experience in retail math to analyze sales performance and inventory turnover.

Requirements 
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with phone etiquette proficiency.
Previous experience in sales management or retail sales is preferred but not required.
Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly desirable for effective customer interactions.
Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word, for reporting and documentation purposes.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
