Maintenance Technician

Job Title: Maintenance Technician / Property Turnover Specialist Compensation:

$50,000/year Location: North Georgia

Overview: We are seeking a reliable and skilled individual to join our team as a full-time Maintenance Technician and Turnover Specialist. This position is ideal for a hands-on professional with a strong work ethic, who enjoys variety in daily tasks and takes pride in maintaining property quality and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Perform landscape maintenance and regular property cleanup

• Complete apartment and house clean-ups during resident turnover

• Install or repair flooring and perform interior painting • Conduct basic plumbing and appliance repairs (as capable)

• Handle basic electrical repairs (as capable)

• Administer or coordinate pest control services

• Address punch list tasks including:

o Smoke detector installations

o Window and door repairs

o Vent and outlet cover replacements

o Blind repairs o Lock changes

• Occasionally meet with residents for notices or light administrative needs

Compensation Package: • $50,000/year salary

• Tools and materials provided or reimbursed as needed Requirements:

• Experience in general maintenance, construction, or property management preferred

• Must have a reliable truck and basic tools

• Ability to work independently and problem-solve on the spot

• Good communication and time management skills

• Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends if needed

Hours: 8AM - 5PM
