Position Overview: The Junior Account Services Representative supports the Account Services Team by managing assigned client projects from initiation to completion in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Working closely with an Account Services Representative, this role balances multiple projects while ensuring each meets client expectations for quality, accuracy and timeliness. Through clear communication with internal teams, proactive identification of potential issues, and timely follow-up, the Junior Account Services Representative contributes to smooth project execution and a positive client experience.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to, the following.  Other duties or projects may be assigned to meet business needs.

Manage assigned direct mail projects from quote to completion in collaboration with an Account Services Representative.

Coordinate details between clients, sales and production partners to ensure accurate execution.

Provide clear and timely communication to clients regarding project status, changes and timelines.

Ensure the timely execution of direct mail projects through proactive customer communication, adherence to production schedules & affective time management.

Uphold high-quality standards by following established quality control procedures.

Review quality control scans, sign-offs and live samples to ensure deliverables meet

established standards, while assisting Account Services Representatives with related tasks to support a collaborative team environment.

Enter project specifications into the database and communicate requirements to the appropriate teams.

Participate in daily production meetings, providing updates on assigned projects.

Maintain working knowledge of client account specifications and ensure adherence during production.

Identify and communicate process gaps or improvement opportunities to prevent errors and increase efficiency.

Collaborate with the internal postal liaison to ensure compliance with mailing specifications and postal regulations.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:   To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

The minimum education required for this position is a high school diploma or equivalent. Some college/associate's degree or bachelors degree, or work-related experience of 1+ years in mailing or a business-related area is preferred.

Knowledge of postal regulations, mail sorting and postage classifications are a plus.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, including professional and accurate correspondence via phone, email, and in person.

Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.

Proactive and accountable, demonstrating a strong sense of urgency in responsibilities.

Committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

Strong problem-solving, follow-up, and organizational skills, with a keen ability to manage time and projects effectively.

Skilled in managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Microsoft Excel experience preferred, including creating, editing and analyzing spreadsheets.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other essential computer software.

Required regularly to stand, sit, talk, walk, carry, speak/ articulate and hear and lift to 3 lbs.; occasionally this position requires the incumbent to stoop, kneel or crouch. 

This position may require the employee/applicant to drive a motor vehicle and travel on a limited basis.

The employee/applicant is frequently required to use manual dexterity hand/finger coordination, grasp, reach and use color vision. 

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
