We're looking for an Assistant Store Manager with prior retail experience to help lead our store and support our customers and team members.
What You'll Do
* Assist the Store Manager in daily store operations.
* Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales associates.
* Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns.
* Manage inventory, merchandising, and store appearance.
* Train new team members and foster a positive work culture.
* Take ownership of the store when the Store Manager is unavailable.
* Help implement promotions, signage, and visual displays.
What We're Looking For
* 2+ years of retail experience (hardware or home improvement a plus).
* Leadership experience in a retail setting (supervisor, keyholder, or assistant manager).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Customer-first mindset with the ability to lead by example.
* Organized, reliable, and able to handle multiple tasks at once.
* Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
