About the Job:
Utilimarc is seeking a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to build and accelerate the top of our sales funnel. You’ll combine data-driven prospecting with multi-channel outreach—email, phone, and social—to generate qualified meetings and revenue opportunities for our Account Executives. As a dedicated SDR on our growing team, you’ll own lead management from sourcing through hand-off, help automate lead researching, and help refine our outbound playbook.
- Meetings Completed: Paid on completed discovery calls, with accelerators for exceeding quota
- Booked Revenue: Additional commission on opportunities that close from leads you generated

What You'll Do:
- Lead & Contact Sourcing: Build targeted lists for enterprise and municipal accounts using ZoomInfo, Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other data tools.
- Multi-Channel Outreach: Design and execute personalized cadences (email, phone, social) to engage prospects, book meetings, and nurture early-stage leads.
- Research Automation: Aid our engineering team in automation of prospecting.
- Pipeline Management: Track all activities, touchpoints, and outcomes in Salesforce and Salesloft; ensure data hygiene and accurate attribution.
- Meeting Coordination: Confirm logistics, agendas, and attendance for scheduled calls to maximize show rates and meeting quality.
- Process Improvement: Analyze outreach performance, share insights with Marketing & Sales leadership, and iterate on messaging, sequences, and ICP definitions.
What Makes You A Great Fit:
- 1+ years of quota-carrying SDR/BDR experience in SaaS, data analytics, or related tech solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding meeting-set and pipeline generation targets.
- Fluency with Salesforce, Salesloft (or Outreach), ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Analytical mindset; comfortable A/B testing sequences and interpreting funnel metrics.
- Excellent written & verbal communication—able to craft concise, value-oriented emails and handle cold-call objections with confidence.
- Self-starter who thrives in a high-autonomy, high-accountability environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, or related field (preferred, not required).
