Ideal four-day weekly work schedule.Community-based ambulatory practice with no call requirements.Mix of new and follow-up patients. Guaranteed base salary with annual quality incentives.Hiring incentives including commencement bonus and relocation.Annual CME stipend with paid CME time. Demonstrated experience in area of clinic practice is required. Excellent written verbal, computer and communication skills are required. Education and/or Experience: Completion of an accredited Physician Associate Nurse Practitioner training program.Ability to obtain Physician Associate or Nurse Practitioner license for the State of Oregon.DEAACLS or BLS required through the American Heart Association.
