Special Education Teacher

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Job Details:

• Full-Time

• Onsite Only

• Elementary School Caseload

• Working with ASD students and students with behavioral challenges (low-functioning population)

• Caseload may be shared across multiple elementary and early childhood sites

Qualifications:

• Must hold an active Special Education Teaching License in Kansas

• License must be current and in good standing

• Familiarity with school-based settings preferred

• Minimum 1-year special education teaching experience

Skills & Abilities:

• Experienced in supporting students with autism and behavioral needs in a structured classroom setting

• Skilled in IEP development, implementation, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams

• Strong munication, classroom management, and documentation skills
