LHH is partnering with a leading financial institution to hire several Customer Service Representatives for their Sacramento call center. This is a great opportunity to join a customer-focused team and grow within the financial services industry.

 

Location: Sacramento, CA

Pay: Up to $20/hr

Schedule: Full-time, on-site

Type: Contract-to-Hire – potential for long-term career growth

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy

  • Provide accurate information on banking products, accounts, and transactions

  • Resolve issues efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience

  • Utilize de-escalation techniques to manage challenging calls

  • Document customer interactions in the company’s CRM system

 

Qualification:

  • Previous customer service or call center experience (financial services preferred, not required)

  • Strong communication skills – clear, professional, and customer-focused

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

  • Problem-solving skills and a calm, solution-oriented mindset

  • Basic computer proficiency and data entry accuracy



Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
