Special Ed Teacher - Amery, Wisconsin

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A Special Education Teacher position is available for the uping school year, serving kindergarten through 2nd-grade students with moderate to mild needs. This full-time, contract role runs from August 27th through June 6th.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each students needs
• Provide direct instruction and support to students in a special education setting
• Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to ensure inclusive education practices
• Monitor and document student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
• municate regularly with parents and guardians about student achievements and challenges

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Wisconsin cross-categorical special education teaching license
• Experience working with kindergarten through 2nd-grade students in a special education setting
• Ability to manage a classroom of approximately 10 students with diverse needs
• Strong munication and collaboration skills
