Job Description
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for the 2025/2026 school year, serving K-12 students across Riverside County. This contract position offers the chance to work with a diverse caseload, providing critical speech and language services to support student communication development throughout the academic year.
Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech and language disorders in students from kindergarten through 12th grade. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress. Deliver therapeutic interventions, maintain accurate documentation, and participate in team meetings to ensure comprehensive support for student success.
Qualifications:
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology, or
- Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidate or completion
- Certification as a School-Based SLP preferred
- Experience with K-12 student populations in educational settings
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage a varied caseload and maintain detailed records
