Job Description
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for the 2025/26 school year in a K-12 educational setting located in Riverside, CA. This in-person position is ideal for a professional dedicated to supporting students communication development within a school environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other support staff to monitor student progress and adapt interventions as necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation of sessions and student progress in compliance with district and state guidelines.
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to goal setting and progress reporting.
Qualifications:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Specialized experience in pediatric speech-language pathology, particularly within a school setting.
- Strong understanding of speech and language development in children.
- Ability to effectively communicate with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Licensed or eligible to be licensed to provide SLP services in the state of California.
