Schools - Speech Language Pathologist

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in a K-12 school setting located in Elma, WA. This contract position spans the full school year, running from September 3, 2025, through June 15, 2026, with onsite work hours from 8:30 AM to 2:45 PM.

Qualifications:

• Valid SLP License in Washington state is required
• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred but candidates in their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are also encouraged to apply
• Experience working with pediatric populations and schools is essential
• Consideration may be given to Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA)

Responsibilities:

• Conducting speech and language assessments
• Providing individual and group treatment sessions
• Developing and managing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Managing a caseload of approximately 50-60 students
• Handling a broad spectrum of speech and language disorders
