Who You Are:

• J.D. (Juris Doctor) degree from an accredited law school
• Licensed to Practice in Illinois 
• Litigation experience, preferably in insurance coverage 
• Strong understanding of general liability and casualty law
• Experience with premises liability cases
• Proficient in drafting legal briefs and motions
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

What You Will Be Doing?

• Represent clients in court and during legal proceedings
• Draft and file legal documents including briefs and motions
• Conduct depositions and witness examinations
• Develop case strategies and provide legal counsel to clients
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
• Research legal precedents and case law to support legal arguments
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to prepare for trials
