Job Description
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to provide essential communication support services for students in grades K-12 within a dynamic school setting located in Brazoria, TX. This contract role spans the entire school year, operating onsite with a standard 40-hour workweek.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations for K-12 students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address diverse communication disorders.
- Collaborate with educators and other professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports in compliance with school policies.
- Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or licensure appropriate for clinical fellowship year (CFY) status.
- Eligibility for School SLP licensure or certification.
- Experience working with a pediatric population in educational settings preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
