We are seeking an experienced and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to support preschool-aged students (ages 3–5) in a school-based setting in the Coalinga, CA area. This is a full-time, in-person role beginning with the 2025–2026 school year.

\n\n

While bilingual Spanish/English candidates are strongly preferred, all qualified SLPs are encouraged to apply.

Speech Language Pathologist Position Details:

\n\t

  Caseload of up to 45 preschool students

  \n\t\n\t
• \n\t

  1 paraprofessional aide to assist in the classroom

  \n\t\n\t
• \n\t

  In-person, site-based services

  \n\t\n\t
• \n\t

  Collaboration with early childhood teams and IEP development required

  \n\t\n

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

\n\t
• \n\t

  Active California SLP license

  \n\t\n\t
• \n\t

  Experience working with early childhood populations

  \n\t\n\t
• \n\t

  Comfort delivering therapy in both individual and group settings

  \n\t\n\t
• \n\t

  Strong communication skills for working with families and educators

  \n\t\n\t
• \n\t

  Bilingual fluency (Spanish/English) is a plus
