Quality Assurance Lead - Personnel Security (5092)

Old Harbor Solutions, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Quality Assurance Lead - Personnel Security with a Top Secret / SCI Clearance to join our Team in Fort Mead, MD.

Position Responsibilities:

• The QAL shall oversee and implement quality assurance and compliance measures within personnel security programs.
• Responsible for ensuring accuracy, and adherence to federal regulations and contract requirements.
• Develop and maintain quality control procedures, conduct audits, and provide corrective action recommendations to the PM to maintain the highest standards of personnel security processing.
• Provide direct support to the Quality Assurance and Training mission by implementing and overseeing compliance measures, conducting performance audits, and ensuring adherence to personnel security policies, training programs, and contract quality obligations.

Position Requirements:

• Must possess the ability to comprehensively understand and convey Personnel Security Investigations (PSI), Continuous Vetting (CV), or Adjudications (CAS) processes as determined by the QAL's functional area of support.
• Search Department of Public Safety (DPS), CAS Apps, and subsequent systems as applicable.
• Shall possess an active Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Position is located in Fort Mead, MD.

Salary Range: $90,000 to $105,000
