Join our dynamic, rapidly growing team and contribute to our success in the competitive world of online retail. We’re looking for an experienced and motivated E-Commerce Channel Specialist to manage and optimize our presence across leading third-party marketplaces, including Walmart, Target Plus, Best Buy, Lowe’s, Kohl’s, and Amazon, Wayfair, and Bed Bath & Beyond.
Responsibilities
Marketplace Operations
- Manage product listings, content, and promotional strategies across third-party marketplaces.
- Ensure product detail pages are optimized for visibility, accuracy, and conversion.
Platform Integration & Optimization
- Work within the Mirakl and ChannelAdvisor platforms to onboard products, manage listings, troubleshoot issues, and maintain compliance.
- Utilize platform-specific seller portals (e.g., Target Partner Portal, Best Buy Marketplace, Lowe’s portal) to manage catalog performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, supply chain, product, and creative, to ensure alignment on inventory, pricing, and branding.
- Collaborate with external marketplace account representatives to manage opportunities and resolve escalations.
Performance Monitoring
- Track sales and performance trends, identifying areas of opportunity and risk.
- Generate regular reporting and insights to inform decision-making and drive marketplace growth.
Compliance & Policy Management
- Ensure adherence to marketplace policies, customer service expectations, and listing guidelines.
- Resolve compliance or account health issues proactively.
- 3+ years of experience managing third-party marketplace accounts (e.g., Walmart, Target Plus, Best Buy, Lowe’s, Kohl’s).
- Hands-on experience with Mirakl-powered marketplaces is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in product listing optimization, digital merchandising, and campaign management.
- Familiarity with marketplace tools/platforms such as Salsify, ChannelAdvisor, Feedonomics, or CommerceHub is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
- Data-driven mindset with comfort using Excel or BI tools to interpret performance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing both first-party (1P) and third-party (3P) relationships.
- Background in retail, consumer goods, or e-commerce.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience with Shopify or DTC e-commerce platforms is a strong plus.
