What You’ll Do:

• Represent clients in complex commercial, corporate, and financial disputes.
• Handle matters in the Delaware Court of Chancery, as well as local, state, and federal courts, including trials and appeals.
• Develop case strategies and manage litigation from inception through resolution.
• Collaborate with a team of seasoned litigators in a supportive, growth-focused environment.

What You’ll Bring:

• 3–6 years of litigation experience, ideally including commercial, corporate, financial, and employment-related disputes.
• Experience with the Delaware Court of Chancery strongly preferred.
• Exceptional legal writing, analytical, and research skills.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Active Delaware bar license required.
