What You'll Do:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate fine motor, sensory processing, and functional skills in pediatric clients.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address developmental delays, sensory integration challenges, or physical impairments.
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to support each child’s progress and goals.
  • Provide therapy sessions in clinic, school, or telehealth settings, as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and treatment outcomes.
  • Educate families on strategies to promote skill development and independence at home and in community settings.
  • Stay current with evidence-based practices in pediatric occupational therapy and comply with state and federal regulations.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Valid state license or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Certification by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) required.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with pediatric populations (preferred but not required for exceptional candidates).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with children and families.
  • Knowledge of sensory integration, developmental milestones, and pediatric rehabilitation techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
