Co-Staff is actively hiring for all shifts for a client in Delavan, WI! This client is seeking dedicated candidates to add to their Extrusion Department!
Now Hiring: Extrusion Technicians – All Shifts | Delavan, WI
Pay:
- 1st Shift (7am–3pm): $17.10/hr
- 2nd Shift (3pm–11pm): $18.10/hr
- 3rd Shift (11pm–7am): $19.10/hr

What You'll Do:
- Set up, operate, and maintain extrusion equipment
- Load materials and monitor machine performance
- Troubleshoot, perform light maintenance, and ensure quality standards
- Complete production documentation and communicate across shifts
- Support team productivity and company KPIs
Bonus Role (2nd Shift):
Production Tech/Back-Up Material Handler
- Hours: 4-10 hour days
- Shift Time: 3pm-1am
- Assist with material delivery, inventory checks, and machine loading
- Requires at least 6 months of recent forklift experience
What You Bring:
- High school diploma/GED
- 6+ months of machine operation (extrusion experience a plus)
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Mechanical aptitude and safety awareness (OSHA knowledge)
- Forklift experience (or willingness to certify)
- Team-focused, fast-paced, and detail-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with LEAN or continuous improvement is a plus
