Job Summary:
The General Laborer plays a vital role in supporting various production and manufacturing operations. This position is responsible for completing a variety of tasks that may include trimming, assembling corrugated boxes, general cleaning (utility work), material handling, reworking products, inserting condiments, and spreading product. Additional duties may involve packing product into boxes and palletizing finished goods. All tasks must be performed while meeting safety, quality, and efficiency standards. Job responsibilities may vary daily based on customer and production needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform trimming tasks according to assigned area procedures.
- Visually inspect raw products during trimming, spreading, and rework processes.
- Report any quality concerns with raw products to appropriate personnel.
- Complete changeovers quickly and efficiently when working with condiment inserters (if applicable).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Meet or exceed daily production goals.
- Follow all safety and quality protocols.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or team leads.Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Ability to understand and follow both verbal and visual instructions.
- Physically capable of:
- Lifting 25 pounds or more repeatedly
- Standing for up to 10 hours or more per shift
- Bending continuously throughout the shift
- Performing repetitive motions for extended periods
- Reaching with hands and arms to inspect or handle products
- Comfortable working in a cold (approx. 36°ree;F), wet, and noisy production environment.
- Must be available to work 6 consecutive days, including weekends and overtime when required.
