As the first point of contact for our client, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for clients, visitors, and staff. The well qualified candidate is organized, approachable, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional first impression
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously
• Manage incoming and outgoing emails using Microsoft Outlook
• Perform general administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing inquiries
• Maintain a tidy and professional front desk area
• Uphold professional business etiquette in all interactions Required Skills
• Proficiency in using computers and common software applications
• Prior customer service experience
• Strong phone communication and customer service skills are required
• Ability to navigate and respond to emails efficiently using Microsoft Outlook
• Professional demeanor and business etiquette
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
