Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Experience in the automotive industry
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish

Responsibilities:

  • Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Providing accurate information about our products and services to customers
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Skills:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will use your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with our customers.
