Schools - Speech Language Pathologist

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A rewarding opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) holding a CCC certification to support elementary students in Caldwell, OH. This contract position spans the current school year (CSY), providing vital speech and language services within an elementary school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized speech-language therapy to a caseload of 43 students.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to create and implement effective treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and document student progress regularly.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss intervention strategies and student outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with school and state guidelines for speech-language services.

Qualifications:

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Experience working with elementary-aged children, preferably in a school environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with students, families, and colleagues.
• Ability to adapt therapy methods to meet diverse student needs.

Work Schedule and Location:

• Position located in Caldwell, OH.
• Part-time commitment of 3-4 days per week.
