CVOR RN Nurse Needed in Jackson, MI - Travel Contract Position

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

CVOR Registered Nurse Travel Assignment
Location: Jackson, MI

We are seeking an experienced Cardiovascular Operating Room Registered Nurse (CVOR RN) for a travel contract in Jackson, Michigan. This role offers the opportunity to work with a leading surgical team while enjoying the charm and convenience of a central Michigan location.

Assignment Details:

• Travel/contract position

• petitive pay based on experience

• Full-time schedule with potential for call and overtime

• Tax-free housing stipend and daily per diem

• Assignment start: ASAP (flexible based on candidate availability)

Job Requirements:

• Provide specialized perioperative care for patients undergoing cardiovascular and thoracic surgical procedures

• Prepare and maintain a sterile field in pliance with infection control standards

• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists

• Monitor patients status intraoperatively and respond to emergencies quickly and effectively

• Document all patient care accurately and promptly

Needed Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted RN license in Michigan (or pact state eligibility)

• Minimum of 2 years of recent CVOR nursing experience

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (required)

• Strong cardiovascular surgical knowledge and skills

• Excellent teamwork, munication, and critical thinking abilities
