Job Title: Line Operator
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Pay: $21.00 per hour
Shift: First Shift – 12-Hour Shifts
Environment: High Heat Manufacturing Facility

Position Overview
We’re seeking a dependable and safety-minded Line Operator to join our manufacturing team. This is a physically demanding role in a high-heat environment, ideal for someone who can work efficiently, stay focused under tough conditions, and keep production running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production line machinery to ensure continuous and safe operation.

• Load raw materials and remove finished products from the line.

• Perform basic equipment checks and notify maintenance of any issues.

• Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Document production data accurately and report any defects or quality concerns.

• Assist team members as needed to meet production goals.

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required.

• Ability to work in extreme heat for extended periods.

• Comfortable working 12-hour shifts on your feet.

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Schedule

• First shift (daytime hours)

• Three 12-hour days per week (overtime may be required)

Physical Demands

• Standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.

• Working in a high-temperature industrial environment.
