• Call Schedule: FT Need or 2 weeks/month
- Weeknight calls (5p-8a)
- 24-hr calls (8a-8a)
• Call Type: Beeper
• Call Ratio: 1:3 or may change
• Patient Volume: 20 OP
• No. of Surgeries in OR: 3-4 per day
• Procedures per week: 10-15
• Support Staff: 1 PA, MAs
• Special Procedures: Vasectomy (in clinic), Infant Circumcision OP (preferred)
• No. of Beds: 99
• EMR: Cerner
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:
• Active AZ License or IMLC
• BC/BE
• DEA
• COVID & Flu Vaccination proofs/exemptions
• At least 1 year of experience
