How You Will Contribute
As the Concierge, you will help residents and guests feel welcome, get to know residents' names and provide the personalized service they desire. You will regularly take and deliver messages, receive packages, and assist the leasing team with the leasing process. The Concierge will also maintain updated knowledge of the assets specific to the community's needs.
Things You Will Do
- Maintain updated knowledge of assets specific to the company’s needs.
- Greet guests and confirm reservations.
- Provide excellent customer service and attention to detail.
- Maintain positive ongoing relationships.
- Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism.
- Multitask and prioritize as necessary to meet customer needs.
- Represent the company with integrity and dedication.
Things You Will Need
- High School diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of concierge experience in residential property management is preferred
- Willing to work weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of Yardi and other industry software is preferred
- A sharp and professional appearance
- Must be able to walk the property, which includes climbing stairs
- Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, climb stairs, push, pull, reach, and carry supplies
- May be required to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance
Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, EXCEL, Outlook)
- Tech savvy - able to learn/work with property management applications
- Able to multitask
