What You’ll Do

• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls with professionalism and care
• Serve as the main point of contact between customers and our production, planning, and engineering teams
• Accurately and efficiently process customer orders
• Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail
• Process accounts receivable invoices from shipments, cash receipts, and banking deposits, as well as handle accounts payable tasks including matching, billing, and check processing
• Use Microsoft Outlook to manage communications and scheduling
• Print shipping labels and prepare supporting documentation for outgoing orders
• Support smooth day-to-day operations that keep our team efficient, and our customers delighted
