French Speaking Support Center Analyst - Full-time

In this essential role, you will provide outstanding support to our clients and users, ensuring their inquiries and technical issues are addressed promptly and effectively. As a Support Center Analyst, you will engage with French-speaking customers and work closely with internal teams to create a top-tier support experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for French-speaking clients, managing inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve various technical and product-related issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in the support ticketing system.
• Provide training and support to clients regarding product features and best practices.
• Collaborate with other teams to escalate complex issues and improve support processes continuously.
• Monitor ticket statuses and perform follow-ups with customers to ensure timely resolutions.
• Stay updated on new products, updates, and industry trends to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior experience in a customer support or technical support role is advantageous.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to assist clients effectively.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with support ticketing systems and CRM software is a plus.
• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• A proactive mindset towards learning new technologies and adapting to processes.
