Automotive Technician Benefits:

Competitive automotive technician hourly flag rate:
- $46 - $60
Guaranteed 40 hours per week
Monthly technician earning potential:
- $8,000 - $15,000
Automotive Technician Signing bonus:
- $10,000 - $15,000(based on technician experience)
- Paid in two parts:
  - After 90 days
  - At the 6-month mark

Automotive Technician Requirements:

Technician must have at least 5 years of experience as an automotive master technician in a dealership setting
Technician must hae strong knowledge of Genesis/Hyundai vehicles and diagnostic systems
Automotive Technician must have ASE, Smog, and manufacturer certifications
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
