• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Assist customers with information regarding products, services, and promotions.
• Stay informed about product offerings and services to give accurate details to customers.
• Collaborate with team members to refine customer engagement strategies continually.
• Thoroughly document all customer interactions for quality assurance and future reference.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English is required; additional language proficiencies are a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
