Lawn Maintenance - Crew Member

• Operate commercial mowing equipment and perform a variety of grounds maintenance tasks.
• Complete daily maintenance routes efficiently, within scheduled hours and budgeted time.
• Assist and support newer team members, helping them develop their skills.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and uphold company core values at all times.
• Keep work vehicles and equipment clean, organized, and in good working condition.
• Report any issues or concerns promptly to the crew leader or supervisor.

• Previous grounds maintenance or landscaping experience is a plus, but not required.
• Experience with commercial mowing equipment is preferred, but not required.
• Physically able to work outdoors in various weather conditions and walk long distances.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow clear instructions.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Professional, positive, and respectful attitude when interacting with team members and clients.

$17.05 to $19.00 per hour, based on skills and experience. Opportunities for overtime during busy seasons.
