Landscape/Hardscape Crew Leader - Full-time

Hanagan Landscaping Inc is a fast growing company that services the southeastern PA area providing landscape maintenance and construction to residential and commercial clients. We are looking to add two positions to our current team; a landscaping/hardscape crew leader.

Below are skills and experience requirements but the most important requirement we have at Hanagan Landscaping is being a team player, displaying a positive/ can do attitude everyday, and is looking to grow professionally and personally and move up within a growing company.

Landscape/Hardscape Crew Leader

This position requires a minimum of 2 years experience as a landscaping crew leader with references. This position requires attention to detail, good communication and team work. The candidate should have experience in the following categories:

- Paver patio installation.

- Segmental block retaining wall installation.

- Masonry experience.

- Proper planting techniques and plant ID.

- Pond/water feature experience (not necessary but preferred.)

- Experience operating MT-52 (or equivalent machine) skid steer loaders, mini excavator.

- Have a current drivers license with a clean driving record.

- Have or be able to obtain a DOT medical card.

- Be able to operate cut off saws, lazer level, zip levels, and be able to read building plans/drawlings.
