Pruning Crew Lead

We are currently seeking hard-working, dependable leaders to join our team. As a Pruning Crew Leader, you will lead a pruning crew and ensuring our customers’ vision for beautiful landscape beds.

If you love caring for plants and coaching others, with great precision and efficiency, this rewarding position might be perfect for you!

We are looking for applicants who are experienced in:
● Supervising and managing landscape crews
● Overseeing jobs are performed in accordance with industry and company standards
● Communicating plans and production goals with crew members
● Ensuring all safety and maintenance procedures are followed
● Tracking crew hours worked
● Maintaining a clean worksite
● Completing paperwork and information pertaining to job
● Interacting with clients to ensure job satisfaction

 

We prefer applicants who:
● Have experience managing landscape crews
● Have knowledge and experience trimming shrubs, trees, plant identification & cleaning up beds.
● Are able lift 50 pounds, or more
● Can operate standard landscaping machinery such as riding mowers, trimmers, & blowers
● Can maintain regular attendance
● Are able to work variable hours which may include weekends, holidays & occasional overtime
● Be comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions
