Automotive Dismantler - Full-time

Join our family-owned and operated company as a full time Automotive Technician. If you have a knack for understanding automotive parts and enjoy working independently towards defined targets, this role is perfect for you. We offer comprehensive on-the-job training, and a rewarding compensation plan. Your primary role will be to dismantle vehicles to fulfill orders for used parts, contributing to our mission of providing quality used parts to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble major drive line components such as engines, transmissions, and rear axles.
• Disassemble major auto body collision replacement parts including headlights, hoods, and fenders.
• Inspect components to ensure they are of high quality for resale
• Learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities on the job
• Maintain a strong work attendance record
• Work a consistant 7am-4pm M-F schedule

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude
• General automotive knowledge
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Eagerness to learn and adapt
• Secure required tools needed for role by start date

Compensation

We offer a stable training rate (60 days max) after which employees switch to our commission plan that is built to reward the motivated worker. $30/hour potential based on experience and performance (over $60,000/year)
