Project Manager

As Project Manager you will be working with insurance companies and clients to restore properties to pre-loss condition that have been caused by water, fire, mold, etc.  We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills, computer experience, and mitigation experience. Previous project management experience is required. This job will also have some remote work capabilities.

Requirements:

• General construction knowledge.
• Ability to schedule multiple projects.
• Communicate professionally.
• Ensure project safety and quality control.
• Ability to time manage, budget, and site supervise.
• Ability to document jobs in various software platforms.
• Communicate with customers and insurance companies effectively.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs..
• Work on ladders.
• Work independently or with a team.

Experience or knowledge with:

• Xactimate
• Dash
• Cotatality/Symbility/MICA

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record
• Must be able to pass required background screening
• IICRC certification in WRT, ASD, AMRT (not required but beneficial).
