Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager in all aspects of daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Supervise, motivate, and direct team members to achieve store goals and deliver outstanding customer service
  • Assist with recruiting, hiring, and training new employees to ensure the store is properly staffed
  • Maintain high standards of merchandising and visual presentation
  • Buy and price gently used clothing and accessories according to company guidelines
  • Uphold all operational policies and procedures, including loss prevention
  • Communicate daily and weekly goals to the team and monitor progress
  • Step into the Store Manager role as needed in their absence
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of management experience in retail, restaurant, or other fast-paced environments
  • Sales-driven, goal-oriented, and demonstrates high integrity
  • Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and adjust priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Capable of frequent walking, standing, stooping, climbing ladders, pushing, and repetitive lifting
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs and visually inspect merchandise
  • Available to work 40 hours per week, including 2 nights and rotating weekends
  • Must be able to drive at any time during assigned shifts to perform banking functions
