Responsibilities
  • Assist the Store Manager with all aspects of daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Lead, motivate, and supervise team members to achieve store goals and deliver excellent customer service
  • Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training new employees to maintain optimal staffing levels
  • Ensure high standards of merchandising and visual presentation throughout the store
  • Buy and price gently used clothing and accessories in accordance with company guidelines
  • Uphold operational policies and procedures, including loss prevention measures
  • Communicate daily and weekly goals to the team and monitor progress toward objectives
  • Step into the Store Manager role as needed during their absence
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of management experience in retail, restaurant, or other fast-paced environments
  • Sales-driven, goal-oriented, and demonstrates high integrity
  • Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and adapt to changing priorities
  • Capable of frequent walking, standing, stooping, climbing ladders, pushing, and repetitive lifting
  • Able to regularly lift up to 40 lbs and visually inspect merchandise
  • Available to work 40 hours per week, including at least 2 nights and rotating weekends
  • Ability to drive during assigned shifts to perform banking functions as needed
