Commercial HVAC Service Technician

📍 Pittsburgh, PA | In-Person | Full-Time

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts (weekends as needed)

• On-call rotation

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems

• Perform routine maintenance on heating and cooling systems

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment

• Read and interpret HVAC schematics and technical manuals

• Conduct appliance and HVAC-related plumbing repairs

• Provide on-site field service support

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC experience

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role

• HVAC certification or relevant technical training (preferred)

• Strong knowledge of air conditioning, heating systems, and plumbing

• Ability to read and interpret manuals and schematics

• Skilled in general property maintenance

• Excellent problem-solving abilities
