Commercial Electrical Foreman - Full-time

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Electrical Foreman to lead on-site teams, coordinate daily tasks, and ensure high-quality electrical installations on commercial project

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise electricians and apprentices, delegating tasks and maintaining work quality

• Plan and adjust daily operations based on site needs, weather, and deliveries

• Promote and enforce safety protocols, including PPE and equipment training

• Manage ordering and inventory of electrical materials

• Inspect work to ensure compliance with codes and specifications

• Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide technical support

• Communicate effectively with project managers, trades, and clients

• Report regularly on project progress and site conditions

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of electrical experience (commercial preferred)

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or journeyman license may be required

• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, blueprints, and installation techniques

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
