Commercial Moving Dispatch Coordinator
Salary: $50,000–$55,000
 

We are seeking a highly-organized, proactive Dispatch Coordinator to support our commercial moving operations. In this fast-paced role, you’ll be the crucial link between our customers and field teams—scheduling jobs, coordinating crews, and keeping everything running smoothly. You’ll use phones, messaging apps, two-way radios, and email to ensure jobs are on time, complete, and professional. Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule commercial moving crews for service calls

• Track crew locations, arrival times, and job status

• Communicate with customers and field teams about changes, requests, or updates

• Maintain daily dispatch logs, service records, and schedules

• Prepare and adjust work orders as needed

• Monitor operational workflows and identify areas for improvement

• Assist with safety regulations, inventory, and documentation

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a dispatcher or in operations/logistics preferred

• Excellent multitasking and customer service skills

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-moving environment

• Experience in moving, transportation, or field service coordination is a plus

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

Compensation
$50,000–$55,000/year
