Landscape Project Crew Lead - Full Time

We have immediate positions available for experienced Landscape Construction Crew Leader to join our team. Landscape Construction Crew Leader will coach, train and lead a team of 2-3, be responsible for tracking job production and goals, creating a daily/weekly game plans for projects along with reading designer blueprint plans, interact with customers to ensure job quality and satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years of landscape and/or construction experience.
• Prior Installation of retaining walls, landscape lighting, irrigation, pavers, sod, plants, etc.
• Experience with using skid steers a plus.
• Crew Lead - Experience leading teams of 2-5 people.
• Valid driver’s license and an insurable driving record is a must.
• Must take pride in work and have a high attention to detail.
