• Oversee all aspects of daily store operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow
• Recruit, select, and retain qualified team members to maintain optimal staffing levels
• Motivate and direct store teams to achieve productivity and profitability goals
• Communicate daily and weekly store objectives to staff
• Promote outstanding customer service through coaching, training, and leading by example
• Maintain merchandise and visual presentation standards
• Uphold all operational policies and procedures
• Buy gently used clothing and accessories in accordance with company standards
• Support loss prevention efforts and ensure a safe store environment

• Minimum of 1 year of management experience in retail, restaurant, or other fast-paced environments
• Sales-driven, goal-oriented, and demonstrates high integrity
• Strong customer service, communication, organizational, and follow-through skills
• Ability to adjust priorities and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting
• Ability to regularly lift up to 40 pounds
• Ability to drive during assigned shifts as needed
