Responsibilities
  • Greet and interact with customers to create a positive and welcoming store experience
  • Perform all point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Process, tag, hang, and stock merchandise on the sales floor
  • Inform customers about current promotions and loyalty programs
  • Communicate the buying and selling process clearly to customers
  • Assist with maintaining store operations and standards as assigned
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Honest, dependable, and self-motivated with mature judgment
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to work efficiently
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to frequently walk, stand, stoop, climb ladders, push, and perform repetitive lifting (up to 40 lbs)
  • Good vision and coordination for inspecting items and stocking merchandise
