Manager Cabinet, Flooring and Design Center-Billings MT

Pierce Flooring and Design Center, a reputable company with a century-long legacy in Montana, is hiring a dynamic individual to be our Sales and Business Manager for Flooring and Cabinets in Billings, Montana. This dynamic leadership position will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the store. Our store managers must be community-minded, connected to the construction and interior design industry, and must have a strong desire to lead, train and manage individuals to be industry leaders in the flooring and design industry. The successful candidate must have a proven ability in business management, able to critically think and make important business decision that will positively impact the store performance. Responsibilities

• Sales Management: Manage the day-to-day activities of the sales staff, ensuring efficient usage of time and productive sales results.
• Staff Management: Supervise, coach, train and mentor store staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable about our processes, procedures, products and industry trends.
• Sales Monitoring: Must work closely with company leadership and store sales team to monitor and track sales activities, set sales goals, and report on store performance.
• Business Management: Oversee all financial aspects of store's daily, monthly and annual performance.
• Marketing/Promotion: Implement merchandising strategies and promotional activities as outlined by leadership. 
• Networking: Develop and maintain community connection with construction and design industry, attending important community events, continuously promoting Pierce design capabilities.
• Construction Project Management: Strong understanding of the processes required to complete jobs in the design industry. 
• Trend Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.

Compensation

• This position will have a base salary of $80,000-$90,000 DOE with additional opportunity to receive performance and profit bonuses.
