D&L is growing and we’re looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC Installer who takes pride in quality workmanship and wants to be part of a team that actually supports its technicians. If you’re dependable, skilled, and looking for long-term stability, we want to hear from you.
 

🔧What You'll Do:

• Install commercial HVAC systems (rooftop units, split systems, ductwork, etc.)
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Ensure all installations comply with local codes and regulations
• Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and project managers

🎯Ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years HVAC installation (commercial installations preferred). 
• EPA Universal License 
• Ability to read diagrams, operate hand/power tools, and have strong leadership skills. 
• Be able to pass drug screen and have a valid driver's license with no DUI's in the last three years.
