HVAC Technician - Full-time

D&L is looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC/Refrigeration Service Technician to support our growing customer base in the Florence area! In this role, you’ll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a variety of commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and restaurant systems.

Responsibilities

• Service and install commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and restaurant equipment

• Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and system diagnostics

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration-related issues

• Replace or repair defective components, wiring, and equipment

• Communicate clearly with clients and deliver exceptional customer service

• Work both independently and as part of a team

• Participate in on-call rotation and occasional out-of-town projects

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Commercial HVAC, Refrigeration, or Restaurant Equipment service

• Strong knowledge of commercial systems, schematics, troubleshooting, and repairs

• Experience with boilers and refrigeration units preferred

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces, at heights, and in varying temperatures

• HVAC/R certification a plus

Pay & Benefits

• 💰 $25–$35/hr, depending on experience — Paid Weekly
