Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate operators and service partners within your assigned area to ensure timely and effective snow removal services.
  • Collaborate with on-site operators, shovel crews, site supervisors, and other Area Managers to achieve operational goals.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed according to the defined Scope of Work and Level of Service standards.
  • Participate in pre-season crew training and complete all required training programs provided by the company.
  • Attend pre-storm and post-storm meetings to align on expectations and review outcomes.
  • Communicate clearly with operators, subcontractors, and staff regarding storm plans and dispatch instructions.
  • Apply knowledge of anti-icing and de-icing procedures to guide crews and maintain safe site conditions.
  • Maintain accurate records of site visits and services using company tools and documentation systems.
  • Complete and submit all post-storm paperwork, including on-site and equipment inspections and inventory tracking.
  • Report any property or equipment damages, or injuries, promptly to the Branch Manager.
Qualifications
  • Completion of the Area Manager Training Program (provided by the company).
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Working smartphone for communication and documentation.
  • Experience managing field crews and service partners in active job sites.
  • Strong communication and follow-through skills.
  • Knowledge of heavy equipment operation and/or previous snow removal experience is recommended.
