Remote CSR Supervisor - Lawn Care

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for homeowners, assisting with inquiries, scheduling services, and resolving issues related to lawn care and mosquito services. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding service.

MUST BE LOCATED IN ILLINOIS OR INDIANAResponsibilities

• Provide clear, accurate, and helpful information to customers via phone, SMS, and email.
• Address customer concerns, compliments, or complaints related to services or billing, ensuring resolution to the customer's satisfaction.
• Foster positive relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Stay up-to-date on the company’s products, services, and promotions to provide customers with the most relevant and accurate information.
• Collaborate with team members, technicians, and management to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge/background in agronomics, lawn care, or related field 
• Proven experience in customer service, ideally in a remote setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
• Basic understanding of lawn care is a plus, but not required.
• Proficiency with computers and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• A quiet, dedicated workspace with a reliable internet connection for remote work.
